Business Tax

La Business Tax cinese è un'imposta calcolata sulla cifra d'affari, in vigore dal 1994. Soggetti passivi dell'imposta sono le imprese di servizi, tra cui quelle attive nei settori della comunicazione, dei trasporti, delle costruzioni, finanziari e assicurativi, delle tlc, della cultura, dello sport e dell'entertainment. Anche i servizi contabili, fiscali e legali rientrano nell'ambito di applicazione della Business Tax. L'imposta si applica altresì ai trasferimenti (posti in essere anche nella forma di concessione di licenza d'uso) di intangibles e a quelli immobiliari. L'aliquota della BT varia dal 3% al 5%, e può arrivare fino al 20% per le imprese che operano nell'intrattenimento.
